The National Salad Month Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) entry period begins at 9:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 8, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on May 18, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Eastern Time shall control for all purposes. Sponsor’s designated clock shall be the official timekeeper. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Void where prohibited.
1. Sponsor
Ready Pac Foods, Inc. dba Bonduelle Americas, a Delaware corporation, located at 4401 Foxdale Avenue, Irwindale, CA 91706 is the “Sponsor” of this Sweepstakes.
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico, outside the United States and where prohibited by law.
Employees of Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family and household members are not eligible to enter or win.
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding.
3. How to Enter
During the Entry Period, to receive one (1) entry, participants must:
Limit one (1) entry per person/social media account during the Entry Period. Multiple comments or additional tags beyond three (3) friends will not increase chances of winning. You must complete each step listed above to successfully submit an entry. Entries submitted outside of the Entry Period are not eligible to win.
Entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the Instagram account used to enter. Standard data charges may apply.
4. Random Drawing; Odds of Winning
On or about May 18, 2026, one (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The random drawing on the date set forth above will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding on these Official Rules, conduct, results and all other matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to randomly select another winner. Sponsor shall not enter into any correspondence or discussion of the foregoing.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive the following “Prize”:
Coupons are subject to their stated terms and conditions, including expiration dates and retailer acceptance policies. Coupons have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash except as required by law.
Any federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message and/or announced on the Post and may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release.
If the potential winner does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification, an alternate winner may be selected. The alternate winner selected will also be required to respond to the notification within forty-eight (48) hours. Sponsor is not responsible for suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless, or land-line phone service which may result in the winner not receiving initial prize notification.
If the winner is eighteen (18) years of age, but considered a minor in state of residence, the Prize will be awarded to a parent/legal guardian of the winner who must execute and return any required documents as noted in these Official Rules. The Prize will be sent only upon verification by Sponsor that all requirements have been met by the winner. If you are selected as the winner, Sponsor may require you to prove your identity, including proof of address. Examples of identification documents include, but are not limited to, passport, driver’s license, or current utility bill. Failure of the winner to comply with the above Prize claim requirements or these Official Rules for any reason, or the return of any Prize notification or Prize as undeliverable, or the determination that a winner is ineligible to receive the Prize, may result in forfeiture of the Prize and selection of an alternate winner in accordance with these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for any entrant’s change of email address, mailing address, telephone number, and/or other contact information.
You are not a winner until your eligibility has been verified, and it is determined that you have complied with these Official Rules.
7. Publicity Release; Use of Personal Information
Except where prohibited, the winner grants (and agrees to confirm such grant in writing promptly upon request) to Sponsor and those acting under Sponsor’s authority the right to use winner’s name, photograph, likeness ,image, statements, biographical information, Instagram handle, likeness, city and state of residence for marketing and promotional purposes of Sponsor’s products and/or services, in any media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, in perpetuity without further compensation.
Personal information provided to Sponsor, in entries or otherwise, will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy available at:
https://eat.bonduellefoods.com/privacy-policy. If you are selected as the winner, your name may be included in a publicly-available winner’s list.
8. Indemnification; Limitation of Liability
By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree that Sponsor and its respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (the “Sweepstakes Entities”), are indemnified, released and will be held harmless by you from any and all liability, for any damages, injuries, or losses of any kind to person(s), including death, or property, arising directly or indirectly from the acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the Prize or your participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity, in any way.
The Sweepstakes Entities, and Meta Platforms, Inc. and Instagram are not responsible for typological errors; lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undelivered entries or communications; technical failures; unauthorized human intervention; or any injury or damage resulting, to property or otherwise, from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any Prize.
IN NO EVENT WILL THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR ENTRANT’S ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF THE PRIZE.
9. Miscellaneous
Except where prohibited, all issues concerning the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California without giving effect to conflict of law rules. Any disputes shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and entrants consent to jurisdiction therein.
Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds may be tampering with the entry process or operation of the Sweepstakes or any associated website, may be acting in violation of the terms of an associated website or these Official Rules or may be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to threaten, abuse or harass any other person.
If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for any reason, such as infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, hacking, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes which, in sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, and randomly determine the winner from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to legal action by Sponsor or its agents. Further, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules without notice.
